We will work together to create a high level business strategy.
Your time commitment: 2 x 90 minute sessions
Outcome: I’ll synthesise our sessions into a powerful Strategy on a Page—this will become your decision-making guide.

Using the Strategy on a Page, we will map out the priorities for the next year, and create a detailed task list.
Your time commitment: 2 x 45 minute sessions
Outcome: Your task list is prioritised in terms of effort and impact. This framework guides the work you do ‘on’ your business (in addition to the work you do ‘in’ your business!)

We meet quarterly to review progress, identify any changes needed to the TO DO list and re-prioritise.
Your time commitment: 3 hours
Outcome: you’ll stay focused on factors that will help help bring your long term goals to life
